Very, very poor. Didnt bother to even send their canned customer service response. Current management of the Tooele Lincare couldnt even spell customer service let alone provide it.

I pay the same bills each month. I keep a list of these bills , how much they are and when they are due. I can not remember the last bill I got from Lincare. Can you please send me a bill each month so that I can better keep up with paying my bills. THANK YOU earline1251@***.com

Jason Blauser , delivery tech was exceptional . He was on time and very courteous , very informative and explaned how things work with great detail , went through possible problems and how to deal with them .showed exactly how to change bottles , hoses for the portable and home set ups. He made sure we understood everything before he left . very professional . OUTSTANDING !!!

Not Happy

Lincare

To whom it may concern I have had so many problems with Lincare from the start.

First off I have had oxygen now for over a year and not once have the called me or stopped by to see if I needed a refill. She told me when she delivered it that they would call me every two weeks for a refill once again I have not received any calls...

But they have no problems billing me for it.

I was paying monthly then got a large bill for $184 I called and asked why and they said they havent been charging me enough so now I have to catch up.

I told them I could not afford a bill like that so they set up a payment plan for $16.84 a month which at that time I was already being charged $42.

So again they started charging me and taking $16.78 out of my bank account and stopped billing me for the $42 which was automated to where they just automatically taken out of my bank account.

Now I keep receiving a large bill for over $200 saying I was way behind and needed to get caught up immediately.

My husband passed away and I am on a fixed income and cant afford your company making all these mistakes then sending me nasty letters about getting caught up.

As I said I have NOT had an oxygen refill for over a year. If I have to go to a different company that knows what their doing than I will.

I dont know how you want to take care of this problem BUT dont think I shud have to keep paying for your company mistakes.

Really long hold times

Every time I have to contact this company, I have to wait on hold for extended periods of time to reach a customer service representative. This has been an issue since I became a customer and still is an issue. The representatives are helpful. There just aren't enough of them. They are extremely understaffed.

The only problem I have is that they discontinued the 4 cannula. The 7 ones are too long for my portable oxygen.

Lincare - Return issue
I received an order with wrong supplies on 20 October and promptly called to report that and get a return label. I was told I would receive one in 48 hours. I waited 96 hours and was told they had a major backlog for returns and they were just starting to process returns from October 17. This is a problem since my mask is worn and leaking so bad that it is now affecting my sleep. When they called to ask me about supplies I received them in 2 days but return labels take over a month. Something is wrong with your system. Please answer this email

Extremely rude rep/office personnel in my area

Please do something with the guy at Lincare in Benton Harbor Mi. I was just hung up on for having an issue with Lincare dropping off a concentrator at my sons house where I will be visiting this weekend.

Ive done this before and unit was left on the porch and brought inside when son got home from work. It was set up same way this time and man gets huffy and says someone has to be there to sign paperwork. I wasnt told this or I would have set it up differently. He hung up.

He also told me it was not left before - well it was. My son could have opened garage door remotely if theyd call him when they got to his house. Ive had limited dealings with this office before and theyre the nastiest people!! Absolutely NO excuse for this garbage.

I called their number back and got what sounded like a black man. I asked the name of the other man there and he wouldnt give it to me. He was going to transfer me to the mgr and he hung up on me too. Im pleasant and polite until I have attitudes to deal with.

I can only assume they treat all seniors this way and its a very short trip to civil rights at this rate. So PLEASE shape this office up.

This ride has gone on for several years and Ive had enough. Thank you.

I ordered supplies, they needed a new doctor referral, they did not call to tell me. The person I talked to would on call with a direct line to the doctor. When I only had a clinic number she hung up.

Unwarranted Termination

I understand we are a at will work state but when you are barely a month in on the job and the Area Manager conducting herself in such a manner. It is very unprofessional and it will reflect within the community.

You will loose many accounts that will not be easy to regain, extremely high turnover, violations and complaints with OSHA. In which were laughed at and still continues. Documents are not being handled in the manner they should be according to HIPPA. There is a serious problem with the way business is being managed at this particular location.

The location Has Carbon Monoxide seaping out of the vents every time the heater is ran.

The Gas Company tested confirmed and still opened the center for everyone else to work there as she is not. Some one at Corporate neerds to look into this.

You sound like a disgruntled ex-employee. You spent your whole post complaining about your employer and nothing about your “unwarranted termination.” If they terminated you, that negates any first month promises made.

Bad customer service

Oxygen was ordered on wensday after them not showing. We called and they said that had the wrong number witch they are full of *** With a little argument they finally delivered the equipment. Someone could have died and they sleep at night knowing Someone can't breathe how is that right !!! So if you need Oxygen I would think twice about using them at all there is many companies that do the same thing and have better service

I keep getting a bill that is for a dead person

Called multiple times. Disconnected after going the hoops to get to a nominee that rings then disconnected multiple times. When I spoke to anyone they transferred me to be disconnected and finally got attitude about what I needed to do even though I had already done it.
