No supplies, rude reps, supervisors who lie, managers who lie. Wrong supplies sent and it takes weeks to get them exchanged.
I am a disabled man with a traumatic brain injury, I informed them of this and that I cannot sleep with a CPAP that can no longer be cleaned thoroughly or fit right.
They don't care. I have spoken to the following "managers" in 2 days (I did not list the other 5): Bianca at (888) 544-2715 and Amanda in Shirley MA both who lied.
