My doctor has FAXed over orders for c-pap supplies and to turn my pressure up from 5 to 9. Lincare keeps saying they didn't receive a FAX.

I called my doctor's office and they FAXed it a second time. Lincare? "We never got anything from your doctor." It's been over 6 months now that Lincare cut me off of my C-pap supplies with absolutely no notice. A couple of months ago I realized I hadn't received anything from Lincare since before 2019 and that was in April, so I called and made an appointment with my doctor and of course that was close to 6 weeks later.

When I saw my doctor she gave me a notice telling me that she had ordered supplies and to turn my pressure up to 9, but Lincare says they never received any FAXes. My suspicion is that they are lying for some reason. That's the trouble with monopolies like Lincare. They do anything they want and they get away with it.

I wouldn't recommend Lincare to my worst enemy. They are not trust worthy.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Provide the service and teach your reps how not to be so rude. .
