Lincare bought out the CPAP supply services of American Home Patient last year. Lincare did so knowing they had no capability of running the service.

Where American Home Patient's call center folks were well trained & knowledgeable, if you even could get ahold of someone in Lincare's call center they were, well, stupid, untrained and hostile. Overwhelmed with calls from Home Patient's former customers, the Lincare call center ultimately just put everyone on hold for ten minutes, then hung up. When they did this to our local Lincare office right in front of me I gave up and had my physician change my provider. Lincare followed all this up by sending bills for services I never received.

Save yourself the aggravation, just drop them and use another provider.

AMED, etc. Lincare's bills go right back to them unpaid with notes to stick them where the sun don't shine.

Absolutely I agree they over charge over bell won’t answer your billing questions even if you have a contract that says everything ends they still continue to bill you they won’t talk with you they won’t do anything to help you but yet they will definitely continue to overcharge you I could have personally bought three machines for what they have charge so far
